How much is shipping?

 

A step above regular USPS ground service, L&M Bling uses USPS Priority Mail with tracking.This service results in fast domestic service in 3-5 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent. *Please note that although these delivery times are what the USPS state, they are not guaranteed. This Priority Mail service is provided at a flat rate of $5.00 no matter how many items you purchase. 


We do offer any expedited shipping you may need through USPS and other carriers. Please use our contact form to provide your address and when you need your items by so that we may give you a quote. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

What is your return policy?


Return Policy: There is a 15% restocking fee on all orders other than damaged items as listed below and items must be returned within five (5) days of receipt. If you are exchanging for another pair, you will not incur the 15% restocking fee. Customers must obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending items back. If you do not obtain an RMA number, L&M Bling will not be responsible for ensuring the proper credit is made.


Return Policy: DAMAGED ITEMS - We personally inspect every item that we ship out. However, some of our pieces have hundreds of stones. If your item arrives damaged or you have missing items from your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Bling boots and shoes are non-refundable.Damaged items must be returned in original packaging, unused and packed in the original box with copy of invoice within 5 (five) days of receipt of package.

If you paid by credit card (paypal), a refund will be made to the credit card charged.

Caring for your jewelry:


All earrings are hand made by designers. It is possible that jewels may come loose during shipping. The designer recommends E6000 glue (available at any local store) for getting any loose stones back where they belong.
