Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Information

At L&M Bling, we want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help and will do our best to make the process simple and fair.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Returns must be approved before being sent back

Because our jewelry is often purchased for special occasions such as pageants, prom, and formal events, a 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and prepaid return labels are not provided.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in selecting a replacement piece.  Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels; however, we will ship your replacement item at no additional shipping charge.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options so you can choose what works best for your timeline.

Standard Shipping – $6.50
Most orders ship quickly and typically arrive within a few business days depending on your location.

Priority Shipping – $13.50
A faster delivery option. Orders ship the next business day. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping origin and destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed, and delays can occur. Contact us before ordering if you need FedEx shipping.

Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on where the jewelry is stocked.

For Standard ($6.50) and Priority ($13.50) shipping, we coordinate shipments on our end so you are only charged one shipping fee, even if your order ships in separate packages.

If you need FedEx or expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We'll check availability and provide the fastest shipping option possible based on where the jewelry is stocked.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories?
L&M Bling still ships orders the next business day. Beginning October 1, 2026, USPS has extended estimated delivery times for Ground Advantage packages traveling between the contiguous U.S. and certain noncontiguous states and territories. Ground Advantage delivery to these areas may take 10 business days or longer. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can help you choose the best shipping option.
