How much is shipping?

L&M Bling uses USPS First Class Ground Advantage Mail with tracking. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days depending on your location. *These delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.*

This service is offered at a flat rate of $6.00 no matter how many items you purchase. Orders ship the next business day (excluding weekends).

We also offer USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery within 1–3 business days at a flat rate of $13.00. Orders ship the next business day (excluding weekends).

Need guaranteed expedited shipping? We can arrange options through FedEx or other carriers upon request. Because our jewelry ships from multiple locations across the U.S., shipping quotes vary. Please use the contact form at the bottom of our home page and include the items and your complete address so we can provide an exact quote.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. L&M Bling is closed on weekends and does not ship during that time.

What is your return policy?

Standard Returns: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns (except for damaged items, noted below). Returns must be made within five (5) days of receipt. If exchanging for another pair, the restocking fee is waived.

Customers must obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number) before sending items back. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be guaranteed proper credit.

Damaged Items: Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted with care. Because our designs are delicate, it’s not uncommon for a stone to shift during shipping. For a quick fix, we recommend using E6000 glue for a secure hold. If you need further assistance, reach out — we’re happy to help and make sure your piece is perfect.

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package and returned (with a copy of your invoice) within five (5) days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What are my payment options?

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or a credit card — no PayPal account is required. When redirected to PayPal, simply follow the link below the login prompt to enter your credit card details and complete your order.

Caring for your jewelry

All earrings are handmade by designers, and occasionally a jewel may loosen during shipping. The designer recommends E6000 glue (available at most local stores) to secure any stones that come loose.

Avoid using hairspray or perfume near your jewelry — both can dull the finish of your bling pieces.
