If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Returns must be approved before being sent back
Because our jewelry is often purchased for special occasions such as pageants, prom, and formal events, a 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.

Priority Shipping – $13
A faster delivery option for customers who need their order sooner.
Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on where the jewelry is stocked.
For Standard ($6) and Priority ($13) shipping, we coordinate shipments on our end so you are only charged one shipping fee, even if your order ships in separate packages.
