Update on status of refund

Although the necklace/earrings were beautiful, my necklace broke when opened it to wear at son's wedding. The owner went out of her way to make good on this and refunded the money. Her pieces are gorgeous and I believe that this was a one-off issue. I am updating my review to 5 stars for offering superior Customer service.

Purchased to wear with gown at Son's destination wedding

Both necklace & earrings were pretty, but when I was dressing for wedding and pulled out necklace, it was broken!!! You can imagine my disappointment and how frantic I became. Fortunately, I packed pearls, which I wore. I sent an email and have not received any reply on how to get a refund. Still waiting...
